1. Browse and place your items and desired quantity in your shopping basket.
2. Once you’re ready to place an order, the system will guide you to either log-into your account or create a new user account. The system will request your flight details to ensure that your items are ready for you at the right place and on-time.
3. The order confirmation will be emailed to your email address you registered your account with. You can either print this confirmation or save the confirmation number for use during collection.
4. For your convenience, Abu Dhabi Airport has two collection points (one in Terminal 1, the other in Terminal 3). Depending on your indicated flight details, the system will recommend a collection point for you.
5. Once you arrive at your collection point, simply present or reference your emailed confirmation. Your items will be ready for you to pay and collect before you depart onto your next destination.
