The order confirmation will be emailed to your email address you registered your account with. You can either print this confirmation or save the confirmation number for use during collection.
For your convenience, Abu Dhabi Airport has two collection points (one in Terminal 1, the other in Terminal 3). Depending on your indicated flight details, the system will recommend a collection point for you.
Once you arrive at your collection point, simply present or reference your emailed confirmation. Your items will be ready for you to pay and collect before you depart onto your next destination.
