Abu Dhabi Airport has several collection points in Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and VIP Terminal for departing and transferring passengers as well as in the baggage hall for passengers arriving into Abu Dhabi with no onwards flight. Once you arrive at your collection point, simply present your email confirmation. Your items will be ready for you to pay and collect.
