How it Works
The Abu Dhabi Duty Free website allows you to order duty free shopping before you travel and have it packed and waiting for you to collect at the airport when you leave, arrive or transit in Abu Dhabi. You will not only save money with our duty free prices, but you will also save time at the airport.
1 SHOP ONLINE
This website brings you a wide selection of top selling brands and products and it is simple and fast to register for an account. During your online shop, your basket can be reviewed or cancelled at any time.
Take advantage of our special launch promotion of 5% discount on all online orders and start browsing.
Once you are ready to place an order, the system will guide you to either log into your account or create a new account. In order to ensure that your items are ready for you at the right place and at the right time, we request your flight details when you place your order.
You will be guided to the online payment gateway page, where you can enter your credit card details and complete the payment.
The order confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address. You can either print this confirmation or save the confirmation number for use during collection.
For passengers who do not yet have a confirmed date of travel, but who wish to save some items to their registered account, they can create a “Wish List” of goods that can then be purchased at a later stage.
You may place your order between two weeks and up to four hours before your flight. Once your order is submitted an email confirmation will be sent to you.
2 COLLECT YOUR ORDER
Abu Dhabi International Airport has several collection points conveniently located in Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and in the VIP Terminal. Depending on your flight details, the system will recommend a collection point for you.

VIP Terminal collection point - available for passenger traveling through the VIP Terminal
For arriving passengers with no onward flights, the collection point is located in the Fragrance shop near baggage reclaim (link).
Once you arrive at your collection point please present your email confirmation/confirmation number. Your items will be ready for you to pay and collect.
